The Rotec Shir-Cut photo cutter can handle up to an 8 inch by 11 inch sheet of paper. The proven technology of rotary cutting makes it quick and affordable. The cutter can cut wallet prints from various size papers. The Shir-Cut can cut the prints so they are retained in the sheet or full cut out. The die and anvil are hardened tool steel for extremely long life. Simply turn the handle one time and you have your cut prints. No plates or other parts to replace every few sheets, so the cost is kept low over the life of the cutter.
