Photech Industries manufactures "steel rule" die cutters.
we have been doing this for over
20 years, longer than any other steel rule photo cutter maker. Our
products have been proven
repeatedly in labs all over the USA. We mount our steel rule into wood
blocks and back them with
1018 CRS steel plates. Your print is placed in between the lower
plate and the cutting edge of
the cutting blade. The cutter is operated and the lower plate presses your
print against the blade.
The print is then moved onto the next print to be cut. The lower plate
does not need to be changed
often and will usually outlast the blades.
Will cut a 8-up sheet of wallets
The dies are made to
order per the customers request. The only limit is in the size,
it cannot exceed 3-1/2 inch X 5 inches. we do not limit the customer to our
"shelf" dies.
